Tesselaarsdal Description

The 2021 Chardonnay reflects a crisp acidity and minerally underpinning defined flavours of melon and tangerine fruit with accents of lime blossom. Reflective of the site, this cool climate medium-bodied wine is both silky and fresh with an elegant, long finish.

Comes from a single block of dry farmed vineyards, aged inamphora and neutral oak. It has a delightful bouquet with purity and focus, light orange pith and mango notes, soft floral scents wmerging with time. The palate is well balanced with tropical hints on the entry, fine acidity with a slightly honeyed yet tensile finish, Very Fine.
