Return Policy

Returned orders are any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined upon delivery. Special Order items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Shipping/Delivery costs are non-returnable/non-refundable and will only be credited if your return is a result of our error.

In the event that you have to return merchandise to us:

Re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Make sure the original cork is included as well as any of the bad liquid or wine. Upon arrival at our store, all returned items are inspected.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE MAINTAIN BOXES AND THEIR INSERTS. 

We will not be able to accept any returned items if the original box and interior packaging are not present.


Same Day Return for Cash or Credit Refund:

We accept a return for unopened items on the same day of purchase for a cash or credit refund, exchange or a store credit onto a store gift card.  A receipt is required for all returns. The item to return or exchange must be unopen, and in new and sellable condition.

Unopened Bottles Within 30 Days of Purchase:

We accept a return or exchange for unopened items within 30 days of purchase towards an exchange to any other item that we sell or a store credit onto a store gift card.  A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. We do not issue any monetary refunds. We do not issue any cash refunds or credit card refunds.

The item to return or exchange must be unopen, and in new and sellable condition. Wines are not accepted for a return or exchange if they have been stored in a cold or hot environment, “on ice”, with wet or torn labels or other defect that may cause them to be unsellable. 

Opened Bottles:

We do not accept any opened bottles of wine or liquor for a return or exchange or store credit. 

We will accept the exchange of a ‘bad’ bottle of wine within 7 days of purchase that is deemed defective, spoiled, corked or otherwise undrinkable for the exchange of the same bottle of wine only and same vintage. The opened bottle must have it’s closure (cork, twist-off, cap, etc.) and 3/4 of the wine inside the bottle. Empty or near-empty bottles will not be accepted for a return or exchange.  A receipt is required for any exchange. We do not issue any monetary refunds. We do not issue any cash refunds or credit card refunds.

Broken Bottles:

We do not accept any broken bottles for a return or exchange or store credit. We do not issue any monetary refunds. We do not issue any cash refunds or credit card refunds.
