A blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, From organically grown grapes (ICEA Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification), this wine is medium - bodied high the color is bright ruby red, and combines softness, elegance and typical territorial through a rich bouquet and fruity, with hints of cherry, berry and violet. You will definitely want to drink this with classic Tuscan foods like pappardelle pasta with a rich meat ragu or bistecca fiorentina.
