Pelter Winery Description

The wine was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand in the Upper Galilee and Mitzpe Ramon. The wine was aged for 6 months in large French oak barrels.

100% Chardonnay grown in Golan Heights and Jerusalem Hills area. The wine is aged for only 4 months in a mixture of French oak barrels. Slightly tropical with great texture in the palate with good concentration and balance. Citrus and mineral finish.
