This elegant wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually from vines planted in 1955 and 2000. With an average annual production of 55 hl/ha, this fine wine boasts an alcohol volume of 13% and a residual sugar of less than 5 g/l. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by 12-16 months of élevage, resulting in a truly exceptional Puligny Montrachet.
