Crafted with the utmost care and expertise, the Highland Park Viking Heart 15 Year Old is the result of our Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion's, meticulous selection of premium sherry seasoned European oak casks. These casks infuse the whisky with warm, spicy notes, while sherry seasoned American oak casks provide a perfect balance of sweet vanilla. To ensure a velvety smoothness, a careful addition of refill casks softens the flavors, resulting in a whisky that truly showcases the vibrancy of its fruity and heathery peat smoke elements. Bottled at 44% ABV, this expression allows the whisky's true essence to shine through.

Adding a touch of nostalgia, this exceptional whisky is housed in a ceramic decanter inspired by traditional earthenware vessels of yesteryears. Collaborating with Wade Ceramics, renowned for their commitment to sustainable manufacturing and utilizing locally sourced materials, we've created a modern masterpiece. The lead-free porcelain decanter is not only 100% food safe but also showcases the iconic lion and serpent design, found on many of our glass bottles. Upon closer inspection, the back of the decanter reveals the heart motif that inspired the name of this remarkable whisky.
