Kite & String's Dry Pomme d'Or Sparkling Cider is a bold and complex cider with a full body, tannic taste, and a spicy and earthy aroma. Crafted mainly with bittersweet apple varieties such as Brown Snout, Somerset Redstreak, Geneva Russet, and Roxbury Russet, this cider is bone-dry with zero residual sugar. It is carbonated using the traditional method, aging for a full 12 months in tirage for a sparkling finish. Produced by the Finger Lakes Cider House in New York, this cider comes from the Finger Lakes Appellation and is made from certified organic fruit.
