The Drew Family Cellars Brut Sur La Mer Cider from Mendocino Ridge, California is a truly natural and pure cider made from certified organic Gravensteins, Philo Golds, and Rhode Island Greens apples grown on dry farms. These 60-year-old trees are nestled in Franciscan Series soil at an elevation of 1300 feet, just 3.3 miles from the ocean. The cider undergoes vinification using 80% stainless steel and 20% neutral oak barrel, with a native fermentation and 100% malolactic process. It is then bottle conditioned with 9g/l organic pure cane sugar and bottled unfined and unfiltered for a truly authentic taste experience.
