There is a new Ribeira Sacra red produced by Quinta do Estranxeiro, the Ribeira Sacra project from the Zarate. The 2021 Paxaro Tolo is from a plot by that name in Amandi (Sil), and it's produced with Menc?a (with some other varieties, as it's a plot that was planted some 50 years ago) mostly on slate soil.
