The Chardonnay comes from a 30-hectare estate located in Corbi?res between Carcassonne and Narbonne. The name of the ch?teau comes from the Canos chapel, the main property of the estate, founded in the 12th century and used by monks of Fontfroide Abbey. 20 hectares are in AOP Corbi?res and 10 hectares are in IGP Oc.
