A woodsy mix of crushed black cherries, red plums & grilled sage wafts up from the 2020 San Biagio. It's seductively round and plush with ripe wild berries & sour citrus that excite the senses. Inner earth tones are left to linger, leaving a pleasantly rustic feel to the finish as this tapers off with medium length and bitter licorice flourish

The 2021 San Biagio is open and inviting with a generous bouquet of mulberries, elderberry, black cherry and garden mint. On the palate the fruits are plump and juicy and there is a nice warmth coming through in the form of anise and with a dash of cinnamon and espresso.
