Krasna Hora Pinot Noir Pink is a refreshing and lively wine that is made from two different clones of grapes, carefully selected and harvested from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The winemaking process involves quickly pressing whole bunches of grapes with stamps, followed by 20% fermentation in 5-6-year-old 500-liter oak barrels, and the remaining 80% in the tank. The wine is then aged on lees for 3-4 months and is wild yeast fermented, with no fining and filtration. This wine is also vegan and has low sulfites, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions.
