This release is based on 2020 with 30% reserve wines from 2019 and 2018. All the textural richness of Ay comes through in this vinous, textured Champagne. Kirsch plum, spice and dried flowers are beautifully amplified. The Brut Tradition is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, with Pinot very much driving the wine's overall profile and feel.
