On the palate, this wine is smooth and elegant, featuring a velvety texture from finely integrated tannins and layers of juicy black fruit balanced by vibrant acidity that brings energy and freshness. The long, harmonious finish is accented by subtle notes of garrigue, a signature of Syrah. It’s a perfect match for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or a hearty ratatouille.
