Hailing from granite soils and enjoying optimal south/southeast exposure, Regnie is the quintessential expression of the area's terroir.
In the cellar, our winemaking process begins with carbonic maceration and fermentation in cement tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in tanks or foudres. Our Régnié 'Cuvée des Braves' undergoes an extended 12-day maceration, ensuring a more profound and complex flavor profile. After aging for 6 to 10 months in foudres, our wines are bottled in April and August to capture their peak expression.
