Wine Advocate: 94 Points

It is a soft and silky wine with bright cherry and cassis. The wine plays its best cards in terms of mouthfeel with long, polished tannins and seamless flavors of wild fruit, crushed stone, licorice and grilled herb. There is a hint of crushed white pepper on the close.

Antonio Galloni: 92 Points

Exotic and spicy with a bouquet of sweet herbal tones woodland berries and wet stones. It's round and supple in feel as ripe strawberry and red plum are complemented by hints of autumnal spice. This finishes only lightly structured almost transparent in feel with silky tannins as nuances of clove and dried black cherries slowly fade.
