Bernard Levet Cote-Rotie is a captivating red wine crafted from vines spread across the Levet family’s prized holdings. Aged for two years in 600-liter barrels—less than 10% of which are new—it brings together fruit from Les Craies and Mollard in Cote Blonde, along with younger vines from Moulin and Fontgent in Cote Brune. Vinified with 50% whole clusters, this wine delivers a bold core of thick, rich black fruit, beautifully balanced by savory spices and delicate floral notes. It’s a dynamic, expressive Syrah that pairs wonderfully with dishes like herb-crusted lamb, wild mushroom pasta, or aged cheeses, making every sip a flavorful journey through the Northern Rhone.
