Its medium body and colour blend well with its cherry and strawberry varietal character and subtle oak bouquet. This wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannins; a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served slightly chilled.
