Created from exceptional casks, it boasts a natural deep ruby mahogany color and an intense sweet raisin flavor, coupled with an incredibly rich, smooth complexity. On the nose, it offers soft notes of vanilla with rich raisin, followed by a sweet fusion of fresh apple, lemon, and orange. The palate is dominated by intense sweet raisin, transitioning to vanilla and dark chocolate, with layers of light citrus zest. The finish is long, rich, and velvety. Perfectly paired with dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own.
