The body brings out the caramel, though it is not particularly salted in any discernible way. I get more of a bittersweet chocolate note as the liqueur builds, but the pure, quite-sweet caramel endures for the long haul. The sugar is, thankfully and surprisingly, kept in check, and while the finish is a touch rough
