Nosing the glass reveals notes of vanilla and brown sugar with light fruit notes lingering around the edges. On the palate the rum enters with the vanilla and brown sugar from the aroma. This is soon followed by quick notes of pineapple, dried papaya, raisins, and a pop of brine. Notes of minerals and char come in at the end creating a long savory finish.
