This honey-hued whiskey is aged in Bourbon barrels, then finished in oloroso Sherry casks. The overall effect is bold and mouthwatering, and yields flavors of almond, vanilla and pecan accented by clove and black pepper. Ex-Wild Turkey barrels for 3 yrs and then Oloroso sherry casks for 6 months, before being cut with Wicklow mountain water.
