Baker's has been an impressive pour since its relaunch in 2019 as a single barrel bourbon but this older, limited release pushes the label to new heights. Rich and decadent in every facet, it opens with peanut brittle, pecan pie, and baked apples dredged in brown sugar. Water brings out apple turnover and banana pudding, while the finish adds a brisk cinnamon spice.
