My original impression was that the bubbles were quite lively and that the taste of the underlying wine had a decent enough flavor, some yeast and slightly overdone toast, but without the sour notes I've found on some sparkling wines. The pale yellow color and the nose were certainly better than I thought. Enjoy for Passover.
