Done in a traditionally off-dry, sparkling style that works briliantly with goat cheese. This cider stands proud among the finest champagne wines, with its delicate filtering process preserving the delicate flavor and texture of the minuscule pears. Exuding complexity in both aroma and taste, Poire Granit is a truly unique and exceptional product. Ideal for casual dining or adding a touch of elegance to a formal dinner, this cider is indigenous yeast fermented, stainless steel vat fermented, and aged with ungrafted vines. Very expressive aromatics, gentle mousse and beautiful balance.
