The Cornu Bourgogne Aligote is a captivating blend of 100% Aligote grapes, which showcases a 12% average alcohol by volume and less than 5 g/l of residual sugar. The spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks preserve the wine's natural character and complexity.
