COS Terre Siciliane Rami is a captivating Sicilian white wine that gleams with a beautiful golden hue and invites you into a wonderfully layered aromatic experience. The nose reveals dusty floral notes intertwined with candied orange peel, touches of honey, and fragrant hints of sage and rosemary, while subtle ginger and a striking flinty minerality reflect the unique decomposed seabed soils of Vittoria. On the palate, it is soft and supple, almost pillow-like in texture, yet lifted by brisk acidity that keeps every sip vibrant and refreshing.
