Brisk and drying, look for a pale straw hue and mild melon aroma coupled with a breezy whiff of mint. The palate offers fleeting honeydew, pear, elderflower and lemon peel, finishing dry.
Fresh herbs, grass, and wildflower characterize the nuances of this vermouth. The palate is bone dry and shows a bit more orange zest, dandelions, and a lovely bitter almond finish. An excellent Martini vermouth, or you could just dash it over ice with an orange wedge.
