Lovely and expressive, with the ethereal texture of fine silk, showing precise balance and integration and weaving together flavors of smoky toasted hazelnut, coffee liqueur, patisserie apple, candied ginger and a hint of white truffle. This is really beginning to mellow, with
coffee, pastry, honeysuckle and citrus
notes melting into the fine mousse. It’s
all brightened by the lively acidity, with
a smoke and mineral element emerging
