| Parker feels this could be the best NY vineyard. The 2007 Cabernet Franc Reserve is a remarkable example of what a great wine maker, Fred Merwarth, can do. The wine exhibits a sensational ruby red color with ripe plum and berry flavors on the nose. The palate is full and round with fine but firm tannins and a soft, elegant finish. Will benefit with cellar aging. |
