| A plummy, fleshy Bordeaux Supérieur made with 100%Merlot - Right Bank style. Notes of plums and black forest fruits are present on both the nose and the palate of this medium to full-bodied effort, with a supple texture that makes it perfect for consumption now. Handpicked grapes were destemmed, cold macerated and then fermented in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks for between six to twelve days. The wines, having undergone malolactic conversion, were aged on their lees in oak before being assembled into the final cuvee. Sustainable Agriculture practices. |
