| Partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes were harvested from their NEW JERSEY vineyard on December 4, 2003, pressed and used in the fermentation process. The harvest sugar was 36% by weight and post-fermentation residual sugar at 16%. Wonderful honey, creme brulee,berry and a touch of fresh fig character. The Vidal Blanc is more subtle than our Riesling Ice Wine. Best served chilled as a dessert wine. |
