| WD 90 Made from Raboso and Lagrein grapes native tonorthern Italy, this is a brilliant, raspberry colored sparkler with well-defined aromas of cranberry juice, white almond and roses. There are only a few pink Prosecco-styled wines, Mionetto is one of the best. Interesting mineral nuances of chalk or white stone add a patina of elegance to a fun and informal wine otherwise characterized by red berry fruit, white cherry and flower petal. | This sparkling wine is produced by the soft pressing of selected Raboso grapes from the Piave and Trentino’s Lagrien area. The bright color is peach pink with deli- cate deep red glimmers. It has a delicate perlage and
the foam is rich and persistent. The aroma is reminis- cent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of wild roses. Its taste is intense with adequate acidity, well-balanced and fresh with notes of raspberry |
