| Red and black plums, cassis and ripe currant notes abound in this entry from Parducci. Hints of brown spices, sandalwood and violet flow through a presence of mild, but wonderfully soft tannins that seem very well-integrated for such a reasonably priced wine. Medium-bodied, the back palate is entreated to notes of ripe, dark fruit and cocoa, wherein a slight hint of candied red fruit remains delightfully emergent. (Wine Director: 90 Points) |
