| YES, a White Pinot Noir vinified off the skins and slightly pink in color. These are steep, south-facing vineyards pasted to the sides of the mountains in the village of Chambave. Andrea Costa, winemaker, deftly balances a round, expressive core of fruit, lets say peaches, star fruit, with lively minerality. His mid-weight, gracious white Pinot Noir offers terrific balance and a long, harmonious close. This white grape is rarely seen on shelves. Outrageously great. |
