Traditionally, aged for three years and a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier.
Pale gold in color with an abundance of delicate bubbles. Floral aromas along with a subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apples, almonds, and hazelnuts.
On the palate, a fresh opening, smooth pleasant and balanced.
Great with Breton lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms, and chicken borchettes with citronella.

87 Points – Robert Parker
The NV Brut is an easy-going, attractive wine with good definition in its aromas and flavors. The wine offers reasonable length even if suggestions of greenness clamp down on the finish. Disgorged: June, 2009. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011. |
