Tasting notes

The 2011 Lagrein is loaded with personality and just plain delicious. A very beautiful mid-weight red laced with dark raspberries, wild cherries, herbs, licorice and tobacco. Silky tannins frame a long, elegant finish, where flowers and berries reappear, adding an almost Pinot-like sense of weightlessness to the wine. Don't miss-out buying this one by the case!
