Tasting notes

Estancia Cabernet has smokey aromas of plum, cedar,dried sage and dark chocolate. Blackberry and currant flavors accompanied by approachable fleshy tannins give it a long, rich finish. Medium red. Aromas of raspberry, mocha, mace and chocolatey oak. Silky-smooth, fat and sweet, with good weight in the mouth, but the very ripe flavors of raspberry, earth and oak could use a bit more intensity and verve. Finishes with fine, dusty tannins and good length.
